Trucking – The Honest Choice

I’m not a fancy person. In fact, I like things to be basic and straightforward, not flashy and needlessly complicated. That being said, the only trucking company I will even consider using is Starting Point Logistics, Inc. First of all, they’re flashy, that’s true. But their flash is more a statement of how professional they are, not a fake cover to hide some failing point. In fact, I don’t even think they have any failing points to hide. I felt like this from our first business deal. From the outset, they treated me with the utmost respect and fairness. It’s no surprise to me that they are considered the best in the country. After all, every company in the world promises to take care of all your trucking needs, but SPL is one of the few companies that actually made good on that claim.

Starting Point Logistics, Inc. has contracts with thousands of trucking companies across the globe. Again, that’s no surprise. I don’t know if those contracts are a response to the great customer service at SPL or the cause of it. All I know is that I have enjoyed doing business with them because they made it easy. When you call, the freight agent starts working on your request right away. They don’t waste time trying to nickel and dime you to death or sell you some “silver methane” package that’s supposedly a great value. They just give you what you need at a great value from the beginning and then they get to work.

I’ve dealt with other companies before and the first thing they usually do is try to convince you of how great they are and how much money you’ll save by using them. Starting Point Logistics, Inc. doesn’t do any of that. They let their work, customer service and base prices speak for themselves. Also, SPL didn’t try to sucker me into taking some cookie cutter deal. They scanned my business so that they could come up with a trucking plan that fit my company’s specific needs, not the other way around.

Starting Point Logistics, Inc. is a company that knows how to be efficient without coming across as hollow automatons. They provide quality assurance and great rates without asking you to jump through hoops to earn them. If you’re anything like me, and want the best trucking service without wordy sales pitches, dishonest advertisements or excessive cost, then you will want to employ Starting Point Logistics, Inc. Believe me, after spending years deciphering business code, it was a nice change to encounter people who knew how to do speak directly and honestly.
