Shipping Company – Spectacular Savings

The biggest problem I’ve ever had when choosing a shipping company is finding one that can deliver all of my goods without bankrupting me in the process. When I discovered, starting Point Logistics, Inc., I realized that I had found that company. Only at Starting Point Logistics, Inc. could I find a company that promised cheap prices and delivered top service. They took all of the stress out of my deliveries and I couldn’t be happier. SPL had the knowledge necessary to find the freight carrier that was perfect for what I needed and the connections to ensure that they could actually make use of that carrier. I’ve been in the business a very long time. There is nothing more irritating to me than finding out that the shipping company doesn’t have the resources to back up what they claimed.

I’m a perfectionist at heart. I want everything done right when I request it and I will not tolerate tardiness or inefficiency. Starting Point Logistics, Inc. has not forced me to tolerate anything other than repeated good service at a rate that goes beyond even my wildest expectations. I didn’t realize that a shipping company could be that passionate about my cargo and still not charge me more. It’s nice to know that there are still people in the world that feel the same way that I do.

Let’s be honest, when something goes wrong, the buyers do not want to hear that it’s not the seller’s fault. You can blame it on the shipping company as much as you like but, in the end, lateness reflects badly on you. If a company is going to cost me money and clients, then it has to be cast aside and forgotten. That’s just how I view it. I think I’m going to remember Starting Point Logistics, Inc. for the rest of my life. When they guaranteed that my shipment was going to arrive on time and in one piece, they delivered. I respect that.

I’m going to keep doing business with Starting Point Logistics, Inc. because I feel that they have both of our best interests at heart. I feel like they value their business with me enough to do whatever they have to to get the job done right. That seems like a given, but it really isn’t. It takes a spectacular shipping company to do that. Starting Point Logistics, Inc. is that spectacular company.
