Starting Point Logistics, Inc. is nothing like the other logistics companies that we did business with in the past. They are something completely different. Whereas most companies just want to get your shipment at some point, Starting Point Logistics, Inc. wants it to get there on time, and since this is what I wanted too, we didn’t have a problem. The company rep. was friendly and courteous, and willing to sift through my paperwork mess in order to find a freight carrier that was right for me.

Most logistics companies are in a rush to get you off of the phone, and be seen as really efficient and enterprising. However, Starting Point Logistics, Inc. was happy to stay on the line as long as you needed them. I haven’t seen good customer service like that in a long while, but I can still remember what it looks like. SPL looks great to me. Don’t get me wrong, I have had dealings with good companies, both inside the logistics field and out. However, even the best among them pales in comparison to Starting Point Logistics, Inc. I feel confident that I made the right decision for my company. If given the choice to start everything about my business all over again, I would definitely choose Starting Point Logistics, Inc. from the beginning.

Money is not really an issue with me but, even if it was, I would still be able to use Starting Point Logistics, Inc. without any hesitation. I know they guarantee the best price in town, but I thought it was all talk. Well, that talk extended all the way from the office and into every single interaction I’ve had with them. I’ve been repeatedly amazed by how this logistics company has kept the price so low and yet offer such high quality service. Call it efficiency, customer service or witchcraft, all I know is that Starting Point Logistics, Inc. has met each one of its deadlines with no issue.

Doing business with Starting Point Logistics, Inc. has been a real pleasure. Their combination of efficiency, courtesy and insane speed is simply amazing and the price is unbelievable. No matter how large or how small your shipment, Starting Point Logistics, Inc. can handle it. There is no reason have to settle for inferior logistics companies when SPL is more than willing to have you business. I just wish everything in life ran this smoothly. If it did, I would still have most of my hair.
